We appreciate you for  choosing and trusting us with your educational services.

 

Please note we do offer free 10 minute scheduled consultations prior to your registration. 

 

Same day no calls / no shows will still be charged full price for ALL services . 

 

Please register with confidence , we're here to answer all the necessary questions prior to your scheduled trainings.

A credit card deposit is required to register for all services and trainings ( prices varies depending on the training ) All final payments are due the first day of the training prior to class ,unless prior payment plans were discussed and signed contract agreements were rendered. 

 

ALL Deposits and Payments are non-refundable but may be transferable under the owners discretion. ​

LIABILITY

Any health and medical conditions that may prohibit services should be reported by the client to the Owner / Instructors prior to scheduled  training . Client(s) agree to release L&R Training Center LLC from liability for any injuries and illnesses  acquired while receiving training. We (L&R Training Center LLC) reserve the right to refuse services or alter services if there are known medical conditions prohibiting services , unsafe ,unsanitary conditions exist and/or contagious infections are present. Client understands and acknowledges that we (L&R Training Center LLC) may alter service(s) or NOT perform services where any contagious infections , illness , and injuries are present and there shall be no refund of any paid deposits and Client will pay the remaining balance in full. Client also acknowledges that they will allow us (L&R Training Center LLC) to work in safe conditions for personal safety. At any time, we feel physically threatened or verbally abused, we may cease the performance of services on-site or mobile locations and no refunds will be rendered.

 

 

NON-DEFAMATION

Client and all parties obtaining services from L&R Training Center LLC agree that they will not, directly or indirectly, make or ratify any defamatory comments, reviews or remarks as defined by law, in writing, orally or electronically, about L&R Training Center LLC , their respective products , services and employees . By receiving services, you agree to this contract stipulation whether or not this contract is signed by the party obtaining the service.
